Bio Short
Originally out of the wine industry Tim moved across to online tech start-up LIST in 1999; post the .com crash he rejoined the more traditional employment ranks as eCommerce Manager for The Wine Society. He left the wine game (but not wine) in 2007 to establish internet marketing & online communications consultancy, 2 Sticks Digital. Executive training and education arm, NET:101 was set up a few years later.
In addition to speaking on internet marketing and social media, Tim is a leading executive trainer; his clients include NRMA, Nestle, MLC, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, the Winemakers Federation of Australia, and the Australasian Mutuals Institute.

Some hosts have a plasma screen built into their presentation room; from experience this is not ideal as these screens are sometimes difficult for a roomful of people to see, especially given that the presentation requires members to read small text.
I bring my own wireless internet connection; this works well as long as the presentation room has windows to allow sufficient signal pickup.
Alternatively I can connect to the host’s wi-fi or ethernet if it has decent bandwidth (if the network has a security access password I’ll need this).

A rostrum is fine as long as there is sufficient spaces top place a laptop. A small table with a chair is also sufficient.
